Yes...I'll bet if you go on line and search for "self-rising flour" you can find out the exact proportions of salt, baking powder and/or soda and then you can make your own. OR you can just experiment! If I had to guess I would say for every cup of flour use 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teas salt. Maybe 1/4 teaspoon soda as well. I will have to look at the ingredient list for self-rising flour next time I'm at the store.
