There was no specific recipe mentioned. The technique is as follows: make your ice cream mixture and place it in a heavy duty ziploc bag. Push out as much air as possible and seal. Set in the freezer for an hour and then remove and mush around with your fingers. Repeat and the repeat more frequently as the mixture starts setting up. It won't be exactly like a freezer but it will work. You just have to be staying close to the house to make this work.
