Easy Holiday Candies (#91)
Now that the Holidays are nearing us do you have any tips on making toffee, caramel and fudge? Fudge seems to be the trickiest and toffee is usually more simple. So I usually make toffee all the time, but would be interested in trying different variations or different candies.

I 'm taking all these questions in the reverse order. So many recipes, so many varieties...If you receive a particular kind as a gift I would go after the maker and get the recipe.
