Whole milk verses 2% (#99)
When a recipe asks for whole milk can it be substitued for 2% and get the same results?

I would say yes, most of the time. I always purchase 1% milk and I also always have some half and half on hand. When I need a higher content of fat I use my 1% and then substitute a portion of the amount called for with half and half.
